• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification. 
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 
• You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped. 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days 
• Other Locations: 5–10 business days 
• Remote Areas: May take slightly longer depending on courier availability 

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or courier delays.)

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. 
• We may offer free shipping on certain promotional offers or bulk orders. 
• Any additional delivery charges (for remote areas or special handling) will be informed in advance. 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will share a tracking ID and courier details via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your order status directly through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our delivery network soon.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or missing:

• We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask for photos of the parcel and products to verify and process a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address details. 
• Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery.
